Called in order, made modifications to a menu pizza. It was ready when got there. Had issues with the pizza being right ladt time our family ordered, so i checked it when i got out to car. Was missing the items i paid for to add on. Went back in to get it fixed. Staff apologized but only after double checking my receipt to make sure i was being truthful. Got it home and put it in the oven, and baked it like normal only to find out it was the wrong crust and it bubbled up since i didnt check it (would have if i had know crust wasnt what i ordered). Dont think well be back soon...

Pizza is Great. But.............. I went in and a Tall guy, seemed to be owner by the way he talked, I guess he assumed I was stupid cause he talked to me that way. I ordered a couple $5 Fav's for the kids, and Us a Specialty Pizza. And he said to me that the $5 Fav's are going away. That it was because Quailityof the pizza. Well I'm no genius but they use same dough, sauce, cheese, and pepperoni on the $5 Favs as all other pizzas, just a smaller quantity. So why would it be a quality issue?????? Seems like Corprate Papa Murphys would not like him saying that??? In my eyes he just wants everyone to order the more expensive pizzas so he can make more money. So I go in last night and when I asked for a $5 Fav. They shuddered when they told me they don't sell them anymore. So I asked again and they told me no. So I bought 2 at menu price. Went home, went online, and it let me order $5 Favs at that location. So that tells me Corporate didn't approve his decision to take it off the menu. I use to praise these guys cause we like the pizza. But now you lost a customer and got someone who tells people not to eat there.

It's so easy to get a great pizza you can take home and have fresh in 12 to 15 minutes. I'd rather do this than delivery pizza places because they're never on time and the pizza isn't that good. For $5 I get a basic pie and it's tasty for the price. Would recommend.

Store itself is great. Ordering online is a bit difficult. Staff is always friendly.
