(LOCATION CLOSED)Great food. Really a nicely laid out restaurant. One of the more desirable chains. The servers are professional, they are for the most part not upsell machines like other higher end chains (LS). Decent Italian/Mediterranean fare. Plentiful options for those who choose not over indulging in carbs. Mixed drinks and wine portions were reasonable. Clean tables , nicely set. Building is nicely maintained.

I hosted a rehearsal dinner here and was very impressed! Their private event coordinator was very helpful. Everything was as I had requested. Food was delicious and servers were attentive. I’ll be back for lunch/dinner when visiting the Boston area.

Very Disappointing. We Went Paparazzi for our Sunday Family Dinner. 
I dont know where should I start  !!!
Hostess , She is not friendly at all. I asked for table , she is force us to seat on booth. 
Server - I think he cannot be a server @ Paparazzi - Everything came late , we got the food and we have to ask for silverware REALLY? No one filled the water even no one asked for 2nd  drinks !!!!!!!
Ordered Dessert 19 minutes didn't show up... BTW  restaurant is not busy I think lack of management. After I saw the manager ask for my check - he brought the check with dessert on it even we didn't receive it.  And then I ask him we didn't get the dessert and he gave me attitude.. 
We are going to Paparazzi restaurant more than a decade and we never receive a poor service and management before. Our server and manager on duty ruin our Sunday Family Dinner for sure....

We have been going since it first opened. That is a very long time.

It has had highs and lows. Good managers and some really bad managers, you can tell, by how the service is, how they servers act, and the consistency of the food.

As of today, October 11, 2017 it is back to being just WONDERFUL. But, and don't you hate that pesky three letter word - but... but, there is still one female manage who is still there and when she is on consistency goes out the door, the calm of the staff turns in to chaos, and you can hear and SEE her gossiping about customers and other staff members. She is insincere, and really the only remaining block to their improvements... you can also tell her hires - one waiter is just a hot mess. 

The food is really quite excellent and on a good day they will substitute,  and make adjustments to your meal for dietary reasons and for preference. One waiter, the above mentioned brought the wrong salads to the table and when we told him, he INFORMED us... that WAS what we ordered and walked off. We have been going there more than likely since he was in junior high school. So, I think we know the food and menu. 

Risotto - wonderful. Steak is better than Ken's steak house - which is really nothing to write home about. The brownie sundie is just HUGE !!!

Over all - GO. It can be really quite nice.
