If I could give 0 stars, I would.  Years ago, I brought in a multi-stone bracelet.  A stone came loose, and I brought it in to be repaired.  Instead of properly re-mounting the stone, this guy used Super Glue to mount the stone in its setting.  Are you kidding me?!  Super Glue!!!  Sheer laziness, and no effort to make the repair.
