They represented me in a car accident collision case in which a previous attorney had told me that i could not recover much in the way of damages/money because the impact wasn't very serious, and I only had minor chiropractic treatment. I took my case to Papcsy Janosov Roche; and when the minor settlement offers came and I wasn't willing to accept them; Attorney Devin Janosov told me he had no problem taking the case to trial. Despite the fact that the impact was minor, and my injuries were just chiropractic in nature; Attorney Janosov examined only me on the stand in court at trial and, despite having other witnesses prepared to testify after me; he felt that I had connected SO WELL with the jury, that he and Attorney Papcsy (who was monitoring the trial from the stands) felt that my best move was to rest the case on my testimony alone. It was literally just 15 minutes of me testifying; but I trusted their judgment and told them to do as they saw fit. So Attorney Janosov turned me over to the defense attorney, who questioned me for HOURS in front of the jury, but his questions didn't seem to make any sense, or prove anything; and then, to the surprise of the judge, the other attorney, and the jury, Attorney Janosov rested my case. The defense had no evidence to submit; so we went straight to jury deliberations. Admittedly, I was nervous, that after years of waiting, and refusing what were not insignificant sums of money, but not sufficient for the amount of pain I was in fact experiencing from the collision, that I allowed my trial to be a one day trial. Well, the jury came back the next day with a verdict. To the surprise of everyone (except I suppose Attorneys Janosov and Papcsy), the jury awarded me a mid-six-figure verdict. The defense attorney and the judge were both visibly shocked. I burst into tears. Attorneys Janosov and Papcsy merely shook my hand and congratulated me. But I have to admit, I was nervous; but now I can see why they did what they did, and I have to say they have a true grasp of what a jury is thinking. I don't know if any other attorney would have thought to do such a thing. But with barely $6,000 in medical bills from a chiropractor, I received a verdict over $200,000, before interest, because they had an understanding of exactly what the jury was thinking and feeling based on my 15 minutes of testimony, and knew exactly when to stop. I will be forever grateful to them. They turned what other attorneys had said was "lead" into "gold" for me; and never once tried to pressure me into taking a settlement I didn't want; though deep down they had to be concerned that I wasn't likely to succeed at trial, based on the facts of my case and injuries. They truly deserve all the credit for the award I received. I would recommend them to anyone, with any size case, as they will do their absolute best to maximize the value of every case they have; and do whatever their clients wish; after giving their professional opinion as to what is in that client's best interest of course. The outcome of that case has changed my life, and I owe it to Papcvsy Janosov Roche

The review from Daniel G was a person who knows I have a great relationship with this firm and used my name in an attempt to disrespect this firm. The truth is these guys are the most honest, hard working attorney's I know of. Although I have not needed an attorney often in my life, I can say that my personal experience with these professional's has been excellent and I strongly refer them to my friends and family. It is unfortunate that someone attempted to use my name and damage my relationship with this firm, but it has not produced any ill feelings between myself and these great attorneys. So I can end this by saying if you want positive results on your claims you don't need to look any further b/c this is the firm that wins and works for you. Thanks guys for your wonderful service!

The 8-month case of me and my partner's traffic accident safely closed. It was just one of those collision cases; I was stopping before a red light in January, and another car crashed in from behind. Fortunately, the driver who caused the accident did not seem malignant, the police report went smoothly, and we were just a bit whiplashed, so the case shouldn't have gotten so big. Until we learned that the other driver was uninsured. Also, we were driving an old car, and we weren't paying for it since either way in the case of a single-car accident, the repair cost of the collision wouldn't differ much from deductibles. Therefore, even though the other side was 100% responsible, we were unable to receive a single cent. The one who broke through this situation was PJR Trail Lawyer Attorney, Mr. Donald Papcy. He gave us empathic advice on how to file a claim at a small claims court, and prepared the documents for us. He also politely negotiated the case in which we were hit by a driver who was uninsured by an insurance company. He also introduced us to a responsible chiropractor in the city who gives thorough treatments, and we fully recovered from our whiplash. Even when the other side showed reluctance to the terms we offered in the small claims court, he talked the other side down on the phone, and brought together terms that were satisfying to both sides. Because of his thorough service, I thought for sure a considerable price will be charged, albeit to the insurance company... But contrary to my expectations, the price was affordable, and couldn't compare with the service. Thinking about that, I feel much appreciation for Mr. Papcsy. As an immigrant from Japan, who finds negotiations in English troublesome, without his help I could not have come to this happy ending. To my friends of NY/CT and to anyone reading this review, I confidently recommend Mr. Papcsy's legal service! Thank you, Mr. Papcsy!

This is truly a horrible law firm! Way too expensive and a poor outcome. Save your time and just avoid them.
