This is a wonderful used bookstore! It has a great selection, reasonable prices, & is run by friendly people. And they have a large jigsaw selection too! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I called to ask a question about a text book and the female staff member I spoke with was appallingly rude. There are other book companies around the city like Bookies Paperbacks on West 103rd Street or Half Price Books in Orland Park and a slew of online sources for books. Trust me take your business somewhere else.

In this day of disappearing local book stores, it’s nice to see a mom and pop business still holding out.  They sell new books at a discount, will special order books, and sell used books at a deep discount. They’ll also take books in trade.

Friendly people, thousands of books. Walk in the door and you’re treated to that old book smell – wall to wall books, stacks, shelves- even a trunk of super discounts. A fantastic find. You’ll find everything from SciFi to Romance, new comics to action figures. If you’re in the area, be sure to check them out!  They’ve survived competition from the big chains and even WalMart.

Bit old fashioned but love the selection. Had a book I've been looking for that no other store had. Love this place!
