🎉Today, my 9AM appointment was for a crown and a filling. Happily, I was reclined in the dental chair at 9:05AM being worked on. It was a (nearly) pain-free and pleasant experience. I didn't feel a thing when doing my filling. Dr. Rosenthal is so personable and an excellent, caring dentist. I left her friendly office with a beautiful temporary crown and look forward to coming back on n 2 weeks to get my permanent one. My husband and entire family absolutely love this highly trained and competent Harvard Dentist! ♥️You will too‼️

Staff was Great but my experience was horrible. I went in for a bridge and lost my Smile. I went back twice for a repair and it's still no different. Now my insurance won't replace it. I will not Recommend anyone to them. yes this is true. You can find me in your file as Monica Jones.

I have been going here for over approximately 10+ years. I have had the opportunity to meet or come in contact with practically 98% of the staff. My experiences has always been pleasant . As soon as I entered the facilities I'm always greeted with a smile. Everyone is professional and courteous. The waiting/sitting room is very warming in the sense that it's like being home. Very clean with a TV. The patient rooms are clean and also provides a TV for you to view while being taking care of. I have had bridge work, cleanings, fillings, and crown work done. The staff made an effort to make my experience comfortable as possible during my procedures. Dr. Christina Rosenthal and her staff ALWAYS have me leaving with a calming and positive spirit.

never again, terrible business practices. verified my insurance before my first visit and gave a statement stating what I would owe. after first visit they told me I didnt owe anything, then sent me a bill telling me my insurance didn't cover visit but they would discount my bill and I was responsible for it. Terrible no matter how you look at it.
