I have been going to Kelly for 15 years. She is amazing and always has great suggestions for new hair trends. I was a little nervous the few times Kelly wasn’t available but the rest of the staff is amazing as well! Probably why I’ve been coming back for a long time and have gotten so many compliments over the years. The front desk staff could improve their customer service skills but I try to ignore that and enjoy my experience at Paradigm.

Best service I’ve could’ve asked for. I’m a virgin when it comes to dying my hair and Ashley (@mobblonde on instagram) was such a big help. She is very experienced and told me she’s being doing this kind of work at this particular salon for 10 years. She gave me a wonderful balayage. All the staff are very very helpful and friendly!

Ashley Kasper-Smith is one the best hair stylist's I have ever come across. I am very plain jane and don't do a lot of styling when it comes to my own hair, but Ashley makes me feel special every time! She's personable, she listens to what you want and advises some new colors and or cuts you may have never thought of!

I heard about Paradigm through a class mate several years ago and have been coming here ever since. I love my hairstylist Janet, she listens to what I want and gives great recommendations based on my hair type. If there is ever a time that I can not get in with her based on my schedule, I feel comfortable seeing someone else, Donna V is another one I highly recommend, because anyone I have ever gone to has always done a wonderful job. The front desk is friendly and truly do their best to accommodate. They also have a small nail salon which is a little bonus.

The reception staff needs help in their customer service skills. Not a good impression if they are the first people you meet. I was told one price for my daughter and when she was finished it was another. One of the receptionists actually rolled her eyes at me. The stylist told my daughter her cut looked like a mullet. She already felt bad about her hair, didn't help that the stylist made her feel worse. I don't get why people go here. It has the most unprofessional front desk staff ever!! Salons are supposed to make you feel good about yourself, not worse.
