Available in timely manner. Never tried to sell us something we didn't need. Allowed us to extend the life of our unit an additional 2 yrs before needing a replacement.  Paul is great to work with. Informative and not pushy. Will continue to use his services for maintenance.

They answered the phone right away and helped me with the issues with my air conditioner. A technician came over very knowledgeable and found the problem with my capacitor and compressor. I'm so happy he found the problems and fixed it right away. I now have cold air again. If anyone needs help with their air conditioner I highly recommend them.

In One Word, Integrity

Nearly as important as air conditioning in Florida is confidence that reliable service is available when the need arises. Things always seem to go wrong on the hottest days of summer, and at the most incontinent moment.  

For many years I have been fortunate enough to have Paradise Air. Our little concrete block home on Merritt Island was built before central air became common. Paul found the solutions we needed. He always arrived quickly, and made sure the work was done right. 

When the time came for us to relocate, I had one big concern about the house we planned to purchase. The home inspection revealed that duct work and a new compressor would be necessary, and we were buying the house “as is”. The prospect of giving this work to a company I knew nothing about would have been very stressful. Fortunately, I knew I could rely on Paul at Paradise to see that everything was installed correctly.

I called looking for a quote on a ductless mini split A/C. My information request was accepted by a very polite and professional receptionist. They called back quickly and came to inspect and propose a suitable A/C unit.
Paradise had the best price and was able to install quickly. They were very neat and clean. Completely professional and did a great job. Paid attention to details and made a happy customer here.

Experience is priceless and good advice saves money.  Paul might be the most experienced and knowledgeable AC person I've met.   I had him out to clean and adjust our AC unit which had been installed by another company.  He told me how to increase air flow to address a humidity issue.  His advice was pretty much the opposite the install company provided.  He showed me how to eliminate "soot" around the registers caused by cold airflow condensation.  Another service company said it would require replacing all duct work.  A fellow Veteran and honest businessman,  Paul and Paradise Air has earned my business.
