I had Paradise Builders build an in-law suite. As a retired engineer, I was looking for a contractor that could not only make the finished product look nice, but also be of solid, quality construction, something that would not need any remedial work for many years, if ever. That’s a tough requirement. I found that Paradise was up to the job. Their subcontractors are great, very responsive and performed quality work. There are always issues with new construction. Paradise was able to identify potential issues, communicated the issues well and always had a solution. One example is the high water table on my property. They determined that there was enough pitch to put a French drain under the basement. The drain works great, zero water on the footings. There plenty of other examples like this. I’m very happy with the end result, a good quality construction that looks great. I highly recommend Paradise Builders.

Had a mother-in-law suite added on to our house. It looks fantastic! Paradise did an excellent job listening to our needs, and went above and beyond to make sure our new place was exactly how we wanted it! Was completed on time and on budget. Thank you!!

Poor Project Management and Customer Service. I hired Paradise Builders because of the Google reviews that I had read during my bidding process. I hired the company to build two porches for my property. The porches were supposed to be built around June, but were not finished until around September 2016, with no clear answer as to the exceptionally long delay. There was little communication from the company and I had to make numerous calls to get any answers. After numerous excuses they finally began the project. After completing the porches, they never attached the downspouts they removed on the house, causing water to enter my basement. One of the stairs to the front porch was missing screws. The construction ruined my front yard and killed the grass, causing mud to slide over the sidewalk. The entire front yard had to be reseeded on my own and at considerable time and expense. I called the company and informed them of the incident and the secretary said the owner will call me, as this was unusual.... Crickets... I never heard back from them and had to do the remainder of the work myself. This is no way to run a business.

Terrible company. Difficult to work with. Posted photos of home without approval. Took credit for work they didn't do.

The addition of a Sunroom, replacing a three season room, has been a very good decision. It doesn't even look like an addition but, rather, like it has always been a part of our home. ALL of the people at Paradise Builders were extremely professional and courteous and kind. Project was done on time and on budget. We didn't have one bad experience and highly recommend them!
