Hate to say this about a business but.... Do not go here!  This seems to be a den of drunks,  drug users and dealers... The management  dumps raw sewage from the boats directly into the lake,  and there are exposed electrical wires under water... Try Hurst Harbor or Lake Travis Marina.

This was seriously one of the best times of my life. It was a beautiful day and the boat was really nice and clean. When it comes to renting a boat I would pick luxury boat rentals every time.

A swim team could have pulled us faster! Save yourself and go anywhere else.  If it were half the price and accurately represented as old, beaten up, damaged, hazardous and speeds up to 12mph than I would not have been disappointed.  This is one of those places that is not as nice with not as nice boats which is completely OK, if it were less expensive than the other places.  We rented a '12 person' deck boat with 4 adults & 5 kids.  There is no possible way this boat could pull up a skiier even with just one person on the boat.  If the speedometer were working I could give you the exact speed but our guesstimate was 15mph tops.  I called the office immediately when we pulled out to tell them the boat was ridiculously slow and was told they could replace the prop with one that has a different pitch as they all have different pitch but when he tested it (alone) last night it was all fine and theres 'no way to account for multiple people',  etc.  I guess a 12 person boat if often rented by 1 person??  Clearly this would take time but they couldnt extend the rental but credit us for the lost time or trade it for a smaller boat.  We stuck with what we had just to get out on the lake, was a beautiful day.   The boat had screws poking out that you could get pretty hurt on, the holes for the tables werent covered up and almost everyone stepped in them - one with a stubbed toe and another cut.  They remove the radio from the boat so they offer you a 'speaker'  but the battery life on it is roughly 2 hours so for a 4 hour rental you are doing a lot of singing or could also just hang out awkwardly close to another boat with music....but we couldn't do that because the only vessel we could keep up with was a paddle-board.  Im pretty sure a couple of kayaks passed us.    Only after I asked we were credited one hour but when I checked out there were no apologies whatsoever.   Despite the shape of the boat, we had fun on the lake as always, Lake Travis is amazing!!
