Apparently, the place has been receiving negative reviews unjustly ~ mostly by individuals who don't even take the time to proofread their nonsense. I've known and visited this place on and off for about 7 years. I can't complain about the service, it was always on point. Yes, people may have bad days and may not feel like listening to all the comments a customer feels the need to make. Or better yet, the customers' requests may not be something that a technician is willing to do, out of many reasons. People will complain regardless. It's a nail salon like every other one out there - technicians are licensed, use sterile tools, they try to accommodate your requests (if they're within normalcy). Stop complaining about everything and start being thankful more. Wonderful things will happen when you're not so bitter. May peace be with you!

Came to this place because my current location was undergoing construction. Safe to say they stole me as a permanent client! Best service I’ve ever received and best nails I’ve had done by far! If you are looking for relaxation and a place that has amazing prices and great hospitality this is the place to come!

Unprofessional staff and extremely poor quality of work. Make sure you go off someone’s references not at random.

Very professional My Nail Tech name is Jasmine she's so sweet and she did an awesome job of picking the colors out for me which I'm terrible at. I love the environment the service was magnificent I didn't have to wait long at all to be seen I recommend this Nail Spa to everyone

They are really rude with people and when they do your nails they hurt you they treat you bad like an animal and they service is terrible! Higine of tools is concerned why a osha and an inspector is not going there and tske a look of this place is many violations around this place and to many people who work here they dont even have a permission to work in USA THE ARE ILLEGALS..can the uscis send ice to check please and also beging treat people like that is considered physical mistreated,abuse hello!! People we are in America no Vietnam tell your experience to an authority rice your voice these place should be closed for ever and their licenses should be revoke one of those days they could hurt to bad somebody doing their nails and get somebody sick with an infection please ladies care your selves and do not even try this place you will be regreat
