Not your typical pretentious nail salon, which I like. The staff gets the job done, simple and clean. Very accomodating although I was late for my appointment, which is a plus for me. Minus one star due their attempt of ripping me off. They tried to charge me an extra $5 for color fee for pedicure options 2 that I chose. Their pedicure option list are as follows: Option 1 $25 Option 2 $30 Option 3 $40 Options 1 and 2, has $5 color fee whereas option 3 doesn't. The only difference for the 3 options they provide are the paraffin wax and types of nails sugar scrubs. IMO, ladies and gents those are unnecessary purchase for your buck.

Very friendly and quite. I'm always able to walk-in. Reasonable prices and decent mani and pedis.

I called for an appointment, asked for someone who could paint a GOOD design, was told that they had a person and booked my appointment. The young lady was very nice, tried to do her best....I had an engagement that evening wanted to go open toe. Sorry but that was not possible. When my daughter saw my pedicure 3 days later she asked me if I messed up my nails, nope, did not. Too bad. This place has great reviews. Still looking for a good salon. Oh and this cost me $50. Ugh.

I recently moved and have been going to my past salon for about 7 years so finding a new one was very tough, I have tried 3 salons so far from Redwood City to San Carlos, none impressed me much. Tammy did my fill and at first I was really uncomfortable about the way I was greeted and treated but that is just her personality, the more I relaxed the more she opened up. I took my 3 year old daughter and they painted her nails and were so sweet to her. At first I wasn't too impressed with my pink and white powder fill but the more I look at them the more confident I am that I will return for my fills. I will definitely try for a pedicure and eyebrow wax next time I go in.

This place might be a little pricey, but it's well worth your money. Tammy, the owner, will always do a great job on your nails. Unlike other less expensive places, where your nails might break right away, with Tammy they will last for sure 2-3 weeks and won't have to spend extra cash and time coming back in between for repairs! Love her, she is very polite and professional! You get what you pay for. ;)
