I visited this place last week from another gym. It is a very nice place to train and it seems very clean. The quality of the instruction was amazing and there was a very good and welcoming energy overall.

I've been training at Paramount for almost 8 years now. It's become such a big part of my life that I can't imagine not going there on a weekly basis. If you want to learn self defense, get in shape or even just make new friends- I can't stress enough how much you will enjoy Paramount's programs and culture. It all starts with the head instructor Brad Court and the staff at Paramount. They will make you feel welcome and they will help you with your fitness goals. Make Paramount a part of your fitness and health journey- you will be forever grateful.

Training for about 9 months and love it. I'm 41 and in the best shape of my life. would recommend to anyone.

Paramount is by far the best place to train. We started with my two kids two years ago and now the whole family is training Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Excellent program and instruction and a very friendly atmosphere!

Paramount was great, but unfortunately they have restrictive contract agreements and will not let you out of your contract for an injury. I broke my foot and was unable to attend after my first month but found myself paying all 6 months with Paramount unwilling to work with me on anything but an extension. I find it hard to recommend to anyone.
