The staff is really accommodating and knowledgeable. I like that they have the same hygienist stay with you for every visit. Both dentists are very personable. And the location is great for those who live/work in west Boise.

Just went to the Dentist which is probably one of my biggest phobias! But I went to Paramount Family Dental and seriously!!!! They were sooo amazing! They put me at ease, made me feel so welcome, and did everything they could to make sure I was happy, relaxed, and comfortable. Big shout out to Cherry who cleaned my teeth, made me laugh, and really blessed me today ☺️. I will never go anywhere else (unless you refer me, hehe).

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. The people are friendly and courteous. Dr. Hisel is an excellent dentist and he cares! I had a crown crack and he had me come in immediately and fixed it on the spot, did not charge me and wanted to know if I was OK. That does not happen very often in today's world. Their rates are in line with the industry and the compassion and care that is poured out to their clients is second to none. I will never go anywhere else!

The staff and service are amazing, so friendly and caring. I love these guys so much, they care about me and explained my options and answered all of my questions. The prices are really fair and affordable, they came up with a great plan for me, I have a lot of issues with my teeth and was really worried but Dr. Hoidal explained my options and took away all my anxiety. They are by far the best dental practice I have ever been to. I had a problem over a weekend after hours and called and Dr. Hisel took care of me right away called a prescription in for me then followed up to make sure I was ok. I would highly recommend Paramount Dental to anyone.
