Numerous email requests for contact, no calls, no emails.  They're the preferred partner of the local area chamber  ( NOACC ) and didn't respond to a request for a Chamber Director .  Useless and terrible organization that caused me to miss the sign-up deadline.

Have not had any bad experience with Paramount.  I have had several conversations with them and they were very helpful.

Overpriced and customer service is useless, literally the worst customer service staff I have Ever had to deal with...... what a shame

No one ever calls you back, months calling representatives and not once did I ever received a call back from a supervisor even after they assured me I wound. Incredibly poor customer service, how are people not held accountable?
