I never personally rented from these ppl,but a very close friend did..i must say looking thru all your rentals including hers ,your properties are beautiful.. Unfortunately My friend moved out of the state but she once told me if she were to ever come back to Pa that Parasole properties would be THE ONLY PPL She would even consider going thru, & if you knew her you would know thats a huge statement.She is very particular and is OCD when it comes to certain areas in Life.... Its nice to see owner's/managers take care their properties vs.just collecting the rent and turning a blind eye..

Parasole Management has been so wonderful to work with. We have 3 rental properties in PA (we live in Colorado)...with 7 total units. We had another management company previously that was a nightmare and cost us a fortune. W,e had poor/unqualified tenants, no work was ever done, even when we paid for it, and we were going broke quite quickly. I found Ron and his company and things have been improving each and every month. Ron has worked to clean up our mess, from getting necessary repairs done and moving in quality tenants. Each month things are looking and up and our investments are starting to look like just that - Investments. Thank you Ron and Team for taking on the challenge and helping us out! We greatly appreciate you!

I rented a wonderful apartment from Ron back in March 2014 while in the process of relocating from another state. His wife Margaret helped me in every way to inform me of what I needed to set up here prior moving.The move went smooth, and I just loved the apartment that I rented from them. Ron is right on top of everything , snow removed, grass cut outside, and if you need anything he gets it done right away.This property management co. is run by true professionals, and there is no way that you could go wrong when you do business with good people.I just bought my own home , and I would recommend them to anyone who may be looking to rent or a owner looking to have someone manage their property!

I recently joined Ron and his group after being with another company for years. The difference is night and day! The Parasole group is extremely professional, prompt and detail oriented. Highly recommended!
