I had a horrendous experience in this store. The owner is beyond rude and doesn't think before she speaks. They wanted to charge me $184 to ship a two-pound package to New Hampshire. I walked out, went to the Post Office and shipped the same package for $11. My advice to the owner is that it's time for her to retire. No one has the time to deal with tired old people who are past retirement age.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Should you find yourself in the neighborhood to visit DFH, and you need a little assistance getting stuff home that you don't want to check in your luggage, I highly recommend you pay a visit to this helpful little shop.
