My visit to this restaurant was extremely bad, I was very disappointed. Especially after reading all of the good reviews this place had. My parents and I had gone out for dinner, after browsing a few different places we had decided on this one after reading positive reviews, The Restaurant itself is really nice and comforting, A very lowlight moody setting with a beautiful interior. Upon being seated not one of the servers noticed us being seated because they were all very busy standing by the kitchen talking, After being seated and waiting for about 10 minutes we had to flag a waiter down because no one had visited our table for drinks. Finally a young guy had walked up to us and taken our drink order, My parents ordered a mixed drink but my Mother had given the waiter a specific way she wanted her drink (No Tomato Sauce) and before she even finished the waiter had walked off and ignored the rest of my mothers words. Same thing happened as we ordered for our main course, He completely ignored her once again and was only attending to the men at the table.  Through the entire dinner the waiter was only responding to my Father and I completely ignoring my mother. We had to flag him down multiple times because he never checked on us or refilled our drinks, He even asked me what my mother was having for dinner or if she needed a refill! Completely degrading and unprofessional. Long story short: It is a very nice restaurant, Food is alright, service is horrible and the wait staff is a bunch of young kids.

I was satisfied with the steak I ordered.  The setting was quaint and comfortable.  I rated it 4 stars because it didn't really stand out to me.

I was sat at the worst table one could get. This was my view  the whole time and the waiter kept dropping plates next to my daughter. Im sure the girl sat us there since i spoke to her in ENGLISH and all she spoke was Spanish!!!

I was there with my Birthday club.  Waiter spilled drink on co workers.  Cold large beer and they're soaked.  He seems upset and so are co workers.  It might've been an accident however they never came back to see what we may need. Completely left us alone.  I thought that was very rude and discourteous.  Sad because I expected higher quality service.

The food is good, the servers are too bit it takes a long time to get your food. The manager is a bitter lady who yells and humiliates her employees in front of customer's,  horrible! The rice is delicious! The food is sometimes delicious others meh....
