Terrible customer service. I came in with a friend during an off time. Girl charges me for a green tea latte even though I asked for Earl grey. The drinks are the same price but they seem unable to just make the drink I want so I settle on the green tea. My friend gets her drink and food. I'm still waiting for my drink when she finished hers. There has been no more drinks orders since I came in. I caught the girl's eye several times but she made no move to the drink station. I inquire about my drink and she did not seem apologetic as she said "oh.... Was it the green tea latte?" Clearly had to have her lead make the drink and he wasn't particularly apologetic either. She didn't say anything else but clearly avoided eye contact. The snacks may be tasty but they really need to work on customer service. I understand during a rush but if it is slow and you make a mistake you should really try to make amends to some degree.

Located inside Zion Market towards the back. I grabbed a ready made sandwich, pastry, and drinks. Sandwich was fresh and tasty (as expected) and my drinks were made as ordered. Staff were as expected. Smiling and courteous.

To place has terrible customer service. Food is so so. They don't have everything on the menu. I asked for a drink on the menu, they said they don't have. I asked what do you have in the kitchen, they said we have everything. The next drink I asked for, they also don't have it. I said you should take it off the menu if you don't have them. They got mad, slammed the cash register on me. Don't expect good customer service at this place. Or fresh food either.
