I don't really write reviews, but insofar as the bike fit services Park Ave Bike offers, I can only advise people to look elsewhere.

Fundamentally, there are only three things that need tweaking in a basic bike fit: the handlebars, the saddle, and the cleats, if applicable. And when the person who does the bike fit adjusts EVERY ONE of those components wrong, for $100, I don't know how much value I can put into the fit.

I don't mean semi-subjective adjustments (saddle fore/aft, tilt, etc.), which may very well move during a bike fit, but centeredness, which is categorically wrong. The saddle tip was facing 10° right; the cleats weren't even; and the handlebars were an inch off center to the left (and tightened unevenly). After the bike fit, I had to adjust everything again to get things back to normal. For $100.

Furthermore, I was advised that the bike fit would take about an hour. It took 30 minutes, 20 of which were spent waiting around while my bike was adjusted. 

For $100.

We just bought a SUN STREAMWAY 3 from Chris at the Jefferson Rd location. He did a great job taking care of all our questions.Chris also made all the adjustments for the the bike to fit my 75 year old mothers needs.   GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE thanks Chris.

Great job working on my bikes. They built a custom three speed hub /alloy wheel for my folding bike so that i could get away from clunky derailers and use high pressure tires.
Friendly helpful staff. My favorite bike shop in Rochester

We were riding my Epic on the rail trail last Sunday and my pivot bolt came off (scary), fortunately you were open and had the part!
