We walked in and there was a sign that two cooks were needed. That should have been our first warning. The second warning was the general cleanliness of the place. Bison burger was overcooked. Nachos had canned cheese and looked nastier than movie theater nachos. It is difficult for me to believe that this restaurant could pass a health inspection. On a positive note, the waitress was nice even though she got our bill wrong twice.

Was very disappointed with this place. I had the bison chili which was very thin and had a poor taste. The huckleberry pie wasn’t as good as any of the other places where we had pie. My guess is that the pie was not homemade like it was at the other restaurants we visited. Our waiter was nice enough but that’s the only positive.

Food was okay, but way overpriced. I think my pancakes were cooked on too high of heat. Service was slow, had to ask for the table to be wiped down, and portions were less than expected.

Perfect place for a cheese burger after a long days hike.

I love getting back to this little lunch shop! Great sandwiches, good desserts. Sure the prices aren't rock bottom--you're in the middle of nowhere in the way to Canada, basically.

This is a great find along the way to Many Glacier.
