When I went to visit my grandmother's grave her date of death was still not there after eight years!!!  Her vase was missing from the hole and the rude guy in the office said it was probably stolen and I would have to purchase another one...cost 500$-700$ !!!  He was very flippent and rude. Sorry Granny and Grandad!
