My wife and I used to be devote Crisp Cleaner customer's and after they changed ownership service went down hard. We decided to use Park because it kept us in the same vicinity to have our cleaning done. Park Cleaners is more than up to the task and then some. Not only do they clean clothes they clean many other things you would expect to have cleaned at a cleaners. One example is our kitchen blinds were disgusting and we were planning to replace them. We took them to Park and they are like new and they are white so made it even more amazing. We are very happy with Park and will be there as its there business to loose and I don't see that happening soon. I recommend them highly.

The prices are too high for the dry cleaning to be so lackluster. Obvious stains were not attended to at all. I was very disappointed with my orders (gave them multiple chances) and will not use them again.

I took my brand new pants there to be dry cleaned and when I went to pick my order up I was told that pair of pants was not ready . Because they could not get a spot out. Well of course it wasn't there went I took my items. And I told them that. Well after 2 days of going back and fourth with them and the rude and very ignorant manager Cindy . She argued with me that I dropped food on my pants . Ha ha ha she is a joke . I never knew that I could drop food all on the waist band and inside the zipper area . All on the back down the legs .shes a freakin idiot because it's amazing how it look like to me ink and something faded on my pants and it look like they washed my pants 20 times didn't look like what I took them. So I will be going further with it this is not the end

Do not take your clothes to this cleaner!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I picked up my shirts this week and five of my designer shirts were RUINED. The manager gave no compensation and had a terrible attitude. If you care about your clothes, do not leave them at Park Cleaners. You will receive your shirts back full of rips and holes and they will not take responsibility. The manager will tell you that it's wear and tear and refuse you any compensation for it. So disappointed!

TERRIBLE!!!!! Up until a month ago, I had been patronizing Park Cleaners for a number of years. However, I suppose recent staff changes and changes in business ethics has caused this once reliable establishment to hit the skids. I took two of my favorite garments - a linen dress and a silk jacket to Park to be drycleaned. When I took it in there was absolutely nothing wrong with either garment...no holes, stains, tears, nothing. What I received back was a horrible mess! My linen dress had what appeared to be bleach stains on one shoulder and on the seat. My silk jacket looked as if a playful pitbull had gotten hold of it and made full use of its molars and incisors. All of the buttons were either gone or mangled and there were holes and tears in the jacket. I spoke to the manager who was exceptionally rude and told me everything from my clothes were old to I must have stored them in direct sunlight. Who puts a closet in the sun? I explained that I had not brought my clothes in the condition that they were returned to me. I was told that there would be no offer to pay for the value of my garments because they were so aged. Since when is a 7 year old linen dress aged? At any rate, I do not recommend Park Cleaners if you care about your garments.
