We just moved in a little over a week ago and we are happy with the apartment. There was a couple things that need to be fixed but nothing that we can't manage without. The only advice that I would give, if possible, would be to see the actual unit that you will be moving in to prior to signing/agreeing on anything. The model unit was different than the actual unit we moved in to. The closets and bathroom weren't the same and I wish I would have known that before. Other than that, the place seems quiet (granted it's cold and not a lot of people are outside) and safe. Location is great, near grocery stores, gyms, some shopping.

My apartment was broken into because of the lack of security and my $1000 laptop plus my engagement ring were stolen. They never did anything about this, although several apartments were broken into. There are cameras near the front apartments, but the back apartments have NO security because they are owned by the electric company. They put in brighter lights outside the doorways and all that does is attract more bugs. We have maintenance out at least once a month because of how often things break, and everything generally has to be fixed more than once. Also, they don't understand the concept of the end of a lease and you literally have to remind them when your lease ends. This place is terrible.

They def keep ur deposit...Even if u keep everything clean and spackle ur holes..They find a way...

Everyone I know who lived there hated it...said the owners were scumbags who never fixed nothing...they wait until you leave...keep your deposit & move on to the next poor soul.
