Words can not express how much I loved my experience at this office. I would recommend it a million times. They are very professional and personal-able at the same. After my procedure Dr. Ismaili called me to check on me and his staff followed up later that day as well as during the next week. Any questions I had were answered, and there turn around time for response is impeccable, if I called or emailed they answered same day most times within no more than an hour to an hour and a half. I absolutely recommend Park Forest Oral Surgery to anyone who needs work done!!!!

Total Rip off. We went here looking to have wisdom teeth removed and jaw surgery. We provided insurance information and wanted to know if the procedures would be covered by our medical and dental insurance. We paid almost $1000.00 to have molds and x-rays done to submit everything to the insurance company only to be told that they were out of network and therefore our deductibles were astronomical. Obviously, if they are out of network, that would be the case. We should have been told they were out of network BEFORE we paid for molds and x-rays. On our first visit, the staff member who checked us in was rude and very curt. She did not make us feel welcome at all, but rather, that we were an inconvenience. In fact, I asked her if there was a problem. I thought about leaving then and sincerely wish we had. I regret spending my hard earned money at this establishment.

Dr. Ismaili has some of the best bedside manner I've ever seen in the medical field. Him and his staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed for my procedure. Will definitely be returning for any future needs!

LOVELY. The doctor is great and staff is very kind and professional. After having my wisdom teeth removed, they called to check up on me afterwards, which I appreciated!! I had very little pain after the surgery and I am happy with my experience
