I tried CrossFit on and off a couple years before starting here, but could never stick with it and always felt a bit intimidated. I decided to give it another shot when I discovered this gym, since the location is so convenient to where I live, and I found it to be a lot different from other gyms I'd tried. Most of the classes are taught by Monica, the owner, so she really gets to know every member and makes an effort for everyone to get to know each other as well. It's a great environment and has kept me motivated to keep with it for over a year now.

Great gym.  I dropped in for a class and really enjoyed the worked.  It was immediately obvious how much Monica (owner) cares about her athletes.
