The hotel was fine. Clean, and quiet. We got what we paid for with the price. Small almost electrical fire due to a bad bulb in a lamp. Need more light in the rooms, it was very dark. Not sure I would stay there again, not very close to what I wanted to be by.

Good place to stay. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms have been remodeled recently and were very clean and nice. The location is central and makes getting to various places easy. Have stayed there several times and would do it again.

Staying for 2 nights. On 4th floor, crooked balcony door. Can hear the busy traffic, esp my 3mths old. Management of NO help. Overpriced. Disappointed. Room with 2 double beds is very small in size. Dirty floor, duvet cover and I wonder what else. Will definitely not come again n won't recommend this place.

It wasn't bad. The beds were a bit lumpy. The toilet clogged on arrival. They fixed it immediately, but worth mentioning anyhow. I stayed in a room close to the ground, and sometimes the traffic kept me up at night. Also, it's on a road that's busy with ambulances. Kept me up at night.

Affordable and clean.  We stayed on the top floor and had a great view of the city. Even saw the fireworks on English Bay from our bed.  Very friendly staff that was helpful when suggesting restaurants and things to do.
