An older motel but the beds were very comfortable and we saw the staff completely stripping them and putting on clean sheets etc, so I would have to say they were clean. The rooms have a nice TV, microwave and small refrigerator. There was no phone in my room. The shower was large and had enough hot water that when I took a long shower with the AC off, I triggered the smoke alarm! The AC worked well in 2 of the rooms I booked but not so great in the third. The rooms are accessed by using an old fashioned key with the room # on it. The doors were plenty solid with an additional dead bolt and a screen door also. The cost was reasonable and you can save 7% if you book direct instead of using a booking site but this is pretty universal. It's within easy walking distance to Hardee's and a fantastic Mexican restaurant is across the street.

Quiet ,clean place and friendly emplyees. Next to city swimming pool,park and lake.
Pleasant stay.

Stayed here for the first time, after visiting my great-grandparents here several times growing up when they'd come to visit. The rooms are small and partially updated. Cleanliness is about a 4 out of 5 (mostly because the items in the rooms are old). The office smells bad, but the rooms do not. All in all it's an affordable and friendly place to stay in Marshfield.
