Tried to make an appointment for Pulmonary visit today, was told that the Shakopee location doesn't take appointments because they don't have schedules yet, so go to a different clinic please. OK,,,,,I am a patient who would like to be seen in my location, by the same MD in the near future, their response is we don't have schedules? So, should I call in a day or a week to see if those schedules are available? For the sake of other patients please fix this operational nightmare. Good news: Allina said come on over, we'll be happy to see you next day in the a.m..

worst clinic i have ever been to. front desk staff demeaning and unwilling to go to any more effort than they absolutely have to. when my iud came out on it's own after a week and a half i entered the info onto my chart so it would be reflected in my chart. the follow-up (which i wasn't looking for, i just wanted my chart to have that information) were notes from nurses first then doctor and were worded like they were trying to cover their a**es. they were making all sorts of excuses even though i wasn't looking for them to have a solution for my body rejecting it. there was such a lack of helpfulness from so many people. i'm not even going to get into my experience of trying to get help during a mental health crisis or the lack of opportunity to see a psychiatrist with over a year of trying. i did see one doctor who was very good about facilitating care. she never seemed to remember my name or why i would be seeing her (after her requesting follow-up apptmnts and being a patient for three-and-a-half years) but at least once the chart was in front of her she was helpful.

We have always had a positive, helpful experience with the doctors, nurses, and staff at Park Nicollet. We love our pediatrician and his nurses are amazing as well! We are always helped in a timely manner and with kindness. When I was seeing the OB, she was always super helpful and took time to explain things when I had questions (and they were totally dumb first-time-mom questions 😉). The staff up in the OB office was also always very kind and helpful. Overall, all the aspects of Park Nicollet that we've dealt with (General practice, OB, and Peds) have met or typically exceeded expectation. I would recommend this clinic and *most* of its providers to all my family and friends.

Not very happy with the way we were treated when I went in for my child's pediatrician appointment, the pediatrician was very rude and not very professional.

The doctors are great, but the people at the desk who check you in to the OB clinic come into work when they are sick/coughing all over while working with pregnant women. To me that's just not right. I don't know if maybe they don't get sick days here because it's always the same women working but maybe they should hire more people so others can take off when they're sick.
