Try not to deal with this place. The doctors are decent but who ever is answering the phones over there is a terrible person who refuses to help. It stinks that she has been over there every time we call.

I called the shorwood office and was hold over 15 minutes! Terrible music and advertisements! The wait is ridiculous.
