Effective management, fast and effective maintenance, since I moved out can't say the same for my new apartment complex

  I've resided at several different apartments through the years, but never have I lived at a property that was operated and maintained by a friendlier, more considerate and helpful staff! Kudos to them all!

The work orders for apartments problems are promptly entered and acted upon. They have always resomved the issues I have reported the same day if I put in a request in the morning. These apartments are old but they the proximity to all the shops you will need, being right opposite to Miejers, being close to the Oakland Mall , heating and utilities included in the rent , good service make up for it.

I have stayed here for 2 years! I have never had a complaint nor a problem. Their maintenance is excellent. Staff are super friendly and very helpful!
