So I wanted to update my rating of Park Place. For the first 6 months we had a lot of issues with the complex. Originally, the gates were consistently broken, vandals, garbage pick up was(and continues) to be an issue, and the sound levels are horrible. The complex itself looks stunning, and the apartments are quite nice, the biggest problem I have is the insulation between floors. You can’t hear anything outside of your apartment, but you can hear EVERYTHING going on above and below you. I really wish they had put more effort in the insulation between levels because I have upstairs neighbors that keep me up at all hours of the night. It’s truly been the biggest issue. Aside from that, we have had the best people working here,  specially since the new management. They are quick to resolve concerns, and Lisa is, and has always been, on top of everything. Anytime you need something she is very quick to respond and help. New office hours are very convenient, and the effort they have put in to ensuring resident happiness is truly appreciated. Huge thanks to Lisa and crew.

Great staff. Great location. Great place to live. 
Bad pricing for rent. Needs to be cheaper for what it is.

I am spoiled by valet Trash! Pool is so calming. Neighbors are very nice. Ask for Lisa, she is so helpful. Gym fantastic. Clean towels. Starbucks!! Always clean! Resort living..I Love It!!

Office staff was so rude and unprofessional. I was looking for  a 1/1 and as soon as I walked in the lady screams from across the club house"I will be right with you" So we sat down and about five minutes later shes screaming "MA'M SIR!" No handshake, no proper introduction and no welcome. She interrupted me as I proceed to tell her that we are looking for a 1/1 and she tells me they have 1 left until the end of 2018 and its over $1400 but she said it in a way as if we couldn't afford it. She spoke to us as if we weren't important and she obviously didn't seem interested in selling us the place as she didn't even offer us a tour.

Starbucks machine never has coffe because not budget enough to cover the bill. Gates never work, gates are broken and open to extranges all the times, really nothing to luxury living. Very expensive for what u get living here. New residents all the times because people does not stick living in here.
