Update. Still the worst place. Found out no noise complaints matter unless it's during "quiet hours so my neighbors chatting like they were at bunch at 7am didn't matter, same goes for their dog they leave alone all day to bark. I HATE THIS PLACE. Worst place ever. Cupboards open into one another, neighbors throw parties and noise complaints go nowhere. No one cares about anything. Gym equipment is always ruined. The entire building is messed up. Pipe issues all the time, gate issues, ac issues. My biggest issue is the noise, layout, and ongoing maintenance problems. Poor maintenance guy also who's blamed for everything. This place hires the worst companies to fix stuff. The gate broke an hour after it was fixed. Leasing office is closed Sunday's and Monday's which also sucks because nothing can be dealt with. I'm happy there's a new office employee because the last 2 couldn't keep track of peoples rent. I paid my rent, had proof from the bank and woke up one morning a couple days after rent was due to a 3 DAY NOTICE. Even with proof we paid on time we still got a late fee because the office moron jazz (who isn't employed here anymore) said it doesn't matter, they didn't receive my check so I have to pay a late fee. WE HAD PROOF FROM THE BANK WE PAID ON TIME. This place is atrocious.

My fiancé and I were giving a move-in date of the seventh so that way the apartment could be cleaned, painted and new carpet put in. We were text by the Manager of the property telling us that the tenants don’t want to move out in the apartment that we were set to rent and that we might have to take a undesired floor plan. We got that strait and had to pay to move from Vegas, out all our stuff in storage and wait till the 7th to move in. We got a move in time for 1pm? That day. Who moves late afternoon on a sunny day? Anyway We get a call the day we are supposed to move in by the manager Erica and we’re told that she doesn’t know what happened but they did not replace the carpet, placing blame on the workers. We were ok and was told everything else was done just not the carpet. When we showed up at 4:30pm as they are still just putting the carpet in, I was able to see that the apartment had nothing done to it. It had hand prints on the wall, paint peeled in the bathroom, mold growing in walls and holes! The fridge we were shown in an empty apartment was clean and fresh and all new steel appliances. The ones we saw when we got ther had a sticker that was scratched off bye a butter knife and looked like it was used to play kick the can. The supposed hardwood floor was Linoleum tile that is made to look like wood and had a thick tear in it revealing the blank floor. I lost it! That is so wrong. We had such hardships and was left with that? After a bunch of me saying my piece, including what the manager can do with themselves, I had Living spaces who where delivering my couch put it in the back of my Uhaul and I am in search of a new place. If that was able to happen when I moved in imagine what would’ve happened? later on down the road when I had a simple problem. I do not!!! recommend this property nor the management company that employs people who have no regard for others.

I like it very much, everything is excellent and they pay attention to all detail. The manager whose name is Jacqueline is a very lovely and kind person who pays a lot of attention and cares about everything. She is so nice and knows the management of a very beautiful complex like this perfectly. It is very quiet and calm. It comes with a very good weekly services such as cleaning, regular checking, repair and maintenance. It has several barbeque places in the yard and inside the pool area, it comes with a large and equipped gym, and it has a very beautiful tennis court, swimming pool. The units are really large and beautiful, and all kitchens are fully furnished and equipped. This building is very clean and all neighbors are really nice people, too. Thanks

Manager is a slum lord... Roach infested... Ur better off not stopping...after they remodel it still terrible inside the apt... So happy to leave

WARNING - don't live here...RUN! There are roaches, they dont fix anything. The outside looks all pretty,. but the inside is filled with roaches, cracked walls, broke down washer & dryers, and old gym equipment. They are constantly upping your rent, and come up with these crazy fees. They turn off the water without telling you, and always call it an "emergency" Look for another place to live !
