Every time I come into the store the owner knows me by name and goes out of his way to make sure I am helped. I am in no way a big spender and have never spent an exsorbant amount of money yet I feel valued. I will always make Park Place my first stop when looking for jewellery! Their selection is always plentiful and beautiful as well.

Terrible customer service. An item I purchased was on back order. I specifically went back to pick it up two weeks after the shipment should have arrived (of not they were to call me). I arrive and my order isn't there nor did I get a call. The woman behind the counter could not have cared less

Park Place Jewelers is a fine store with a gorgeous selection of high-quality jewelry and a helpful, friendly professional staff. It can be daunting to find a trustworthy jeweler when you are on vacation and not familiar with the local stores. That is why I am writing this review, because I have found through my dealings with Park Place Jewelers that they are a lovely jewelry store with a great reputation and a wonderful selection. You can shop in confidence with them.

As soon as I entered Park Place Jewelers on my first visit, I was impressed. The staff was friendly and inviting without being pushy at all. The store was clean and bright and the cases were full of the most beautiful pieces. They have everything from cute charms for a Pandora - style bracelets to gorgeous necklaces in silver and gold.  If you want a nice piece with an ocean theme to remind you of your vacation, this is the place to go. (Ask them about their Ocean City bracelets and beads).Their buyer has ensured there is something for most tastes and most budgets.

After browsing for a bit, a necklace with a gorgeous starfish really caught my eye. The starfish pendant and chain were crafted in sterling silver, and the pendant was a gorgeous design with many facets, carefully created to catch and reflect light. The salesperson helped me to try it on and my amazing husband treated me to it on the spot. I wore it out of the shop and I am still thrilled by it.

In all of my dealings with this store they have been professional and courteous, and they stand behind their merchandise. You can purchase with confidence that the jewelry you select is high quality and well crafted, and should there ever be any concern they will promptly and professionally address it. 

I am very happy with Park Place Jewelers. I love the boardwalk location (although they have more than one location) and that we can stop in as we are strolling. I love that they are locally-owned. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The selection is large with a decent portion themed to their location, the pieces are gorgeous, and they stand behind the quality of their merchandise. True, a t-shirt is a bit cheaper, but if you really want to remember your vacation with a beautiful little something that you can enjoy for the rest of your life (or if you want to give your significant other a momento that they will love and treasure), a piece of jewelry is the way to go and Park Place Jewelers is the place to make the purchase.

Excellent customer service! I had found a piece of jewelry I wanted at a local store at home and when I went to purchase it the piece had been sold. I was headed to ocean city in 2 days and decided to call and see if park place had it as it was a nautical piece. I spoke to Sonja, she knew the designer and piece I was describing though they didn't have that particular one at the store. She asked when I was coming down and she had it for me when I arrived. It wasn't a very expensive piece but she went the extra mile anyway, their service is top notch.
