Made my taxes late 2 years in a row, actually the one time he said to call him to set up appointment and he was never to be found to make the appointment,  could never get in touch with anyone to find out any info, kept my taxes with him once and made me almost a year late, Owed me money because of late filing and never paid,. he made excuses or nothing at all because he was not there. Would never go there again and hope no one else has the same problem I had. Excuses, excuses, excuses!
