Good print shop. Fairly quick turn around and their work is good but be sure you’re mindful of their hours and days they close. I didn’t expect them to be closed on Saturday and Sunday and wasn’t able to pickup my order in time for an event. My fault it’s on their website but I just didn’t expect it, most businesses are open on weekends.
Just came out of Park Agency and couldn’t be more turned off at their rude and condescending attitude. I try to support local but they definitely make it difficult with their inconsistent service and moods. I wanted a fairly simple print job done, which I had previously done several times. This time was the WORST. The young man tried explaining how it would be SO difficult because of this and that, I asked how I could make it easier for them size of the paper, I guess, though they did the exact job other times with no issues. The young lady came out huffed and puffed when I asked questions about it and stormed into the back saying, “Jesus!”. To some Park Agency might be an acceptable option but for me NEVER AGAIN!
Not very friendly or helpful. My prints colour were off. I think might be a cmyk issue. Asked them to check before printing, they didn't. I would have adjusted the colour had I been given a heads up. Over all I find other print shops a easier to work with for the same price. Won't be going back.
I was choked how the lady at the counter spoke to me. I have asked her nicely if she wants me to pay with cash or debit card, since the amount is small and maybe she doesn't have change. Her replay was : I'm neither your mother nor your bank to tell you how to pay! To the lady, don't mention someone's mother or father, I might have neither of them!!! I was chocked, I didn't replay, polite as i am, I just payed and left and you lost a customer today.
I was made to feel ignored and the printing didn't even go through when I confirmed over the phone the day before. The next day, at the end of the day, I got another email asking to confirm. My whole project was set back days! And lastly he said I had to pay some up front which was never mentioned the three or four times I had to call to prompt communication.
Great print store in Toronto's west end. Ryan was amazing! Took the time to understand what I wanted to do and the end product was even better than I had imagined.
He's just rude and full of himself. Doesn't know how to deal with customers. Told me over the phone it can be done in seconds when I showed up in person and gave him the same dimension he tells me it could be 1 day or 3 business days to print a simple 10"×12" photo which can be done from imagery printing 3 mins walk west of the road. Good business lost.
They really tried to tell us that the first postcard is “silk coated” and the bottom one is glossy. These are exactly the same. edit to reply to Park Agency: If this is true, then none of this was communicated to my friend who went to get this. And she was not made aware of any additional options. She was just told that one is silk coated, and the other is glossy. Please provide explanations and options to your customers in-store, it’s very dismissive otherwise.
Rude, lacking communication skills and did not do the job at all. Never will I go back, or recommend
Really disappointing experience today at Park Agency. Have always been a loyal customer. I requested $100 worth of stickers printed on high tack adhesive and they repeatedly 3x assured me it would be done. They actually printed it on the wrong material AND die cut them incorrectly. Now, they are asking me to pay for the replacement order instead of refunding me and apologizing for the mistake? Really poor experience.
