Horrible service after they get you loan.  There are way better banks in this town. If anything goes wrong with your account, prepare to fight tooth and nail for weeks to correct it. This bank is up there with Bank of America when it comes to customer service.

Parkside Credit Union gets an A+ in my book. Their rates are good. They offer lots of quality options for accounts. Been there 2 years now they've been making changes and adding VTM's which I'm not a fan of but I walk inside anyhow. Judging by the increase in waiting in line- I'd have to assume I'm not alone on my somewhat negative view of the new VTM's.

I opened 2 accounts several years ago , because my daughter banks there. The gal who helped us, and a reason why we went there, is no longer an employee. When I opened 2 accounts, my credit score was lowered because Parkside did 2 credit reviews FOR OPENING ACCOUNTS and depositing money.  
I have had no great service or helpful support from Parkside, something I used to get from Montana Educators Credit Union and I am searching for a different bank...that is also not a Glacier Bank.
