This places is terrible. Management sucks and don't bother getting any help from them. They're quick to help move you in and take your money but when it comes to fixing your water heater, roof, kitchen sink, or the dishwasher they are nowhere to be found. I'm honestly going to move out this place is horrid. If you're looking for a place to live do yourself a favor a look elsewhere.

4 people have been SHOT here. Don't live here they will not fix anything. My roof has been leaking for 8 months. They will raise your rent. Apartments smell of mold. Water pipe leak in garage caused damage to wall and won't fix. Kitchen Cabinets falling off hinges. Bad plumbing! Black water comes out of pipes. There is no parking at night not even on the street. Old appliances from the 80s and 90s Dishwasher and washer&dryer don't work, Will not fix. You are not allowed any patio comforts like chairs or tables. I don't even know why they have patios if you cannot use them. Homeless people use the swimming pool as a bathtub. Non-residents from other neighborhoods also come to use the pools as if they were free public pools. Trash is everywhere outside, and if people throw out or the wind blows trash in front of your apartment you will be fined.

horrible, maintenace is impossible to get a hold of, put in work orders a month ago still no response. Found roaches coming out of drains & ac not working nobody has came checked or fixed the issue. They add water & sewer on your rent check & its being splot amongst your building. Instead of my rent being 1455 it goes uo to 1550, Ridiculous cant wait for lease to be up. Tweakers are outside all day as well. Front desk never knows anything you ask them!. Run from this place.

We didnt want to believe the reviews on here. We aere desperate and happy we found a place. Tgey are the nicest people during the moving in process, then boom. We have been here for less than a week and our Air Conditioner broke and management tried accusing us of breaking it, saying: "Well when we chdcked everything it was working perfectly fine." Most of the residents we have met are very nice and welcoming. But we have seen rats, 5 drug deals in one week, and the fact that they have to Police Officers assigned to this location is bothersome. Listen to these reviews and dont move here. They will suck u in.

Prices change, maintenance is always busy. From the outside it looks nice but once you live there it's bad. Mostly due to management. If you want to get a good feel of the area just drive into the community during the weekend. Late Saturday to early sunday, that way you can see how nasty it really is.
