Dr. Mitchell is a Capital High School graduate and attended the University of Idaho where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with his bachelors of science in Biological Systems Engineering. He then received his dental degree at the University of Minnesota and completed a year of advanced training at the AEGD residency program at Idaho State University.
Because of his advanced training, Dr. Mitchell is able to offer additional services beyond that of a typical general dentist. He has been trained in dental implant placement and IV conscious sedation. He also has experience in minor gum surgeries and complex restorative cases. This allows patients to receive nearly all their dental care in one location. From fillings and veneers to full mouth rehabilitation and wisdom tooth removal.
