Welcome home to Park West, a gated community with lush landscape and beautiful mature trees around the property. The community is within minutes from fine dining, shopping centers and entertainment.Our community features spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes, ranging from 600 to 950 square feet. To help you feel at home, our apartments have fully equipped kitchens, full size washer/dryer connections, large bedrooms, oversized walk in closets and options to meet the needs of almost anyone. Our amenity package includes 3 swimming pools, playground, and competition size sand volleyball court. A newly renovated fitness center and 3 clothes care centers help to make life easier. Park West is located within 1 mile of I-20 and I-35.Please call for an appointment today.

Pet Policy
Maximum of 2 pets per home. Dog and cat PetCare are available. Breeds as follows for Dogs: Chow, Pit Bull/Staffordshire Terrier, and Rotweiller $200 Non-Refundable Fee Per Pet No Pet Deposit $10 Pet Rent Per Pet

Take I-35 South past I-20, and exit Alta Mesa Blvd. Go west to Crowley, and turn south. We will be on the left.

Lived here for two years. Their prices match other areas nearby, minus the trashiness. I had some issues when I first got here, but they dealt with it accordingly. They have renovated a lot of things, I haven't seen any rats, no roaches, and I have never seen anyone begging for money. They will take complaints you give them seriously. Maintenance has also been pretty good, they have a quick response time. Management is easy to work with.

I've lived here for abt 6 months and the few complaints I've had have all been addressed accordingly. Staff is great and they keep the property well maintained.

Staff is very unprofessional, takes DAYS to get a/c fixed even calling the emergency line and explaining i had a 3 y/o with this 100 degree texas weather. A/c has literally broken 4 times within 6 months. Emailed manager sandra explaining the situation, never heard from her, but did get a call from Keke the assistant manager only to say they "attempted" to come inside the apartment but failed because it was "locked" with top and bottom lock, however no one was inside so there was no possible way the top lock was locked AND I was able to come in perfectly fine when i came back that night... A/C broken again today, lets see how long it takes to get it fixed.... will definately NOT RECOMMEND nor renew the lease. Not worth paying $804 monthly for one bedroom apartment where staff is unprofessional and takes DAYS to fix the a/c with this heat.

It's a very peaceful place to live, but if could change something it would be make the access to the apartment so people that don't live here can come in and use our facilities, and pick trash more often there always full
