In the past several years, I have had several procedures done at this office. The staff are very friendly and they care about you. Even when I was a new patient, they always greeted me by name as soon as I walked into the office. These people have gone out of their way to help me with my dental procedures and have gone above and beyond what I expected from when I first walked into their office. They truly care about their patients and have always made time for me to come in unexpectedly when I needed to. I love these guys.

I previously went to a dentist and they did a terrible job and all fillings were broken. I was immediately welcomed in there office, everyone is very nice and scheduled me right away. I have had A LOT of work done to repair what initially happened to me by the other dentist. They have done more then beyond to help me and I will forever be grateful. My insurance isn’t even in there network so I have to pay more but, they say you get what you pay for. I will always recommend them to anyone.

My husband has had bad experiences in the past with dental visits so getting a yearly cleaning was never a priority for him. But, after hearing my glowing reviews of my visits, he decided to take a chance. Now he goes twice a year! When you're a new patient, you get shown around the whole facility to see their state of the art equipment, meet the various staff members and learn what their role is in your treatment. Your cleaning and exam is handled with the utmost care and if you do need treatment, what it will be and the cost is explained well in advance. If you need something done that is out of what they normally handle (I had to have gum grafting), they will refer you to an excellent associate in another office. Everyone who works there is so friendly and gentle. They make you feel like a guest, not a paying customer. Best yet, the royal treatment won't break the bank - they are comparable to most dentists in cost.

Amazing staff very down to earth, offered fast and direct service with no unnecessary hassles. Very understanding and courteous bedside manner. The finance/ billing representative was extremely helpful and helped me find a solution that worked for me. Beautiful upscale office decor and technology without the arrogance of most dentist offices. I'm very hopeful that they can help me accomplish my goal of a gorgeous smile. Would definitely recommend to others.

I had such a wonderful experience at Parker and Pennington today. From the cheerful greetings the moment I walked in the door! Andrea took me back right on time for my appointment and did such an amazing job on my cleaning! Dr. Parker was a joy as always and answered all my questions. I could hear the laughter throughout the office, from the employees to the patients. Everyone is always so happy and helpful and truly care about their patients. When they say welcome to the dental family there, they really mean it!! Go see Dr. Parker, Dr. Pennington, Dee, Stephaine, Shawna, Andrea, Holly and Kelsi, I guarantee after your first visit you won't want to go anywhere else ever again!
