Nobody likes paying to the city for being towed. The people who work here make you hate it more. They have been so abused by their customers they only know how to respond in kind. If you treat them nicely they're fine but have no patience and are not willing to explain anything.  BTW there is one lot for illegal parking and one for overdue tickets.  You will need the registration from your car before you go to the office to pay.

Not only are these the rudest people I've ever met, they are slow. The directions are unclear and nobody seems to know what they are talking about.

My car was told it was improperly parked near a stop light at a different location from where I parked during 2017 FQF. Police advised since there was no proof of forced entry that they refuse to report my vehicle stolen. The only way my car would be at another street improperly was if it was stolen: I just paid these incompetent morons $200 to get my car out. I believe they towed me car and claimed it to be somewhere else. That or it was perfectly stolen and nothing was touched (my car was still how I left it). I'm planning on filing a suit. If anyone has had their car towed improperly during this time. Let me know: Both NOPD and this impound are crooks and I will get to bottom of it. The $200 they'll owe me back is the least of their worries if I find out they did this unjustifiably. NOPD isn't off the hook either..

These people tried to extort my friend for hundreds of dollars. Clearly making stuff up. They should be reported and fired.
