I went in for their free dentistry day and loved my experience. I had to get a tooth filled, they did a great job of getting me in and out with no pain. The staff was very friendly and personable, I will definitely be coming back. :)

Bait and switch. Parkland is run by a practice management firm linked to billing patient enrolled programs for appointments every 3 months. A family member who is a dentist remarked many new dentists feel cleanings are not enough profit so they insist patients enroll in long term excessive procedures. You should be able to ask a dentist for biannual cleanings and watching progress but I was told by Parkland if I did not enroll in their program I could never return for a cleaning. In my uncle's words "if a dentist disagrees with a sensible plan of action, and insists you sign up for their program then you are seeing a profit minded business that is serving everyone the same hamburger and not a patient minded doctor who will evaluates each person case by case. "

A friend recommended Parkland family dentistry when I ran into dental issues. The Parkland team are truly exceptional at what they do, and I highly recommend them. I won't be going anywhere else for my dental care! I had put off dental work for a long time. I arrived at the dental office when inevitably one of my front crowns fell off. Just arriving at the office made me feel I was in the right place. The professionalism of everyone was amazing, each of the team personable, caring and very knowledgable. I asked for a full review of my dental health, the team at Parkland took me through the process of giving me a complete analysis and treatment to bring me back to good dental health. This was not a small job... 3 Crowns, 7 fillings, 4 root canals, deep cleaning and treatment for a gum problem. The team took very good care of me throughout all of my appointments, excellent aftercare, calling me after big procedures to see how I was doing. Most importantly, they made sure I didn't have any pain throughout any of the procedures. Parkland Team - I can't thank you enough for what you have done to correct all of my dental issues, my teeth feel great, are in the best condition of my adult life. My two top front crowns look just as good as well kept original teeth. You made me feel like one the family! See you soon.. Adam Evans

Friendly staff but did not have their act together. My insurance coverage was never verified. The appointment I had scheduled three weeks earlier was not in the system so I guess that could be why my insurance wasn't verified. Not 2 mins after I sat in the chair were they trying to up sell with a full examination. I only needed a cleaning. Unfortunate experience for a nice looking office.
