Amazing experience going into this store, being a manger of customer service at a retail I pay real close attention when I go into stores. I was greeted right at the door by a gentleman Michael, he showed me the product I was looking for and advised other supplies to go with it , shook my hand and was very approachable. The cashier was very friendly , and was very knowledgeable about the hiring process. Prices were a little high but overall reasonable, store was clean and tidy and isles were clean of clutter. Prices marked on all items and parking was clean as well. Id recommend this hardware store before home depot or Lowes

This parkrose location Is in Hazel Dell and I never have had an issue with this store let alone any store I shop at.... ( The whole experience was only in a matter of 3-4 min total) My fiance and I are huge at "window shopping" I guess you could say and don't always buy when we go to a store. Well from the minute we walked into the Hazel Dell location we were stalked and treated as if we were going to steal... When we made it obvious that we were aware they thought we were stealing they decided to escort us out and tell us never to return and good luck stealing from them again.... We are extremely offended by the whole interaction with the employees here including the man who claimed to be the manager. How can people be so disrespectful to customers that literally just walk through there doors. We both deserve a huge apology and this store needs to have another lesson in security tactics 101.

Only went in once. Couldn't find help. Finally took 3 choices to front to ask for help deciding.... Someone was buying a big handful of screws and hadn't bagged or marked them. Clerk couldn't match them in the book, and customer didn't want to go back and mark prices. Other clerk wouldn't open till. 8 minutes later I handed her my goods and went to the big box store.

Not sure what all the sniffling is about I've never had any issues with the staff I've always been able to find everything I need and if I can't a staff member is always willing to help. It's a great Parkrose Hardware location close to home. Not the place to buy a sheet of plywood and two-by-fours but everything else is here!
