Went to the lake a couple weeks ago to take a short cruise.. after cruising for a few hours we decided that we would return the next day to enjoy the weather and lake. I put my boat on the trailer and stopped just up the road at Kent's Harbor to ask if I could rent a place to park the boat overnight since we were returning the next day. I was informed I would need to pay one month storage ($40) to store it overnight. I declined the offer and decided to stop at Parkside Marine which was on my way home. I met the owner and informed him that I would like to leave the boat overnight and pick it up the next morning.. he said of course, no problem, no charge! Last week I went to the lake again for a cruise.. tried to launch and found the batteries were dead. I had left the docking light on and ran the batteries down. Took the boat to again Parkside Marine..(I didn't bother to stop at Kent's Harbor). I asked the co-owner "Diana" if they could put a quick charge on the batteries to get us going. She stopped what she was doing, had her mechanic hook the boat batteries to a charger and helped us out again.. That's the way to run a business. I will be going back for winter service.

Having purchased multiple boats from this family owned dealership has been a great experience. They have always offered great service any time I have been in for work and also at the end of the season. The staff is great to work with and I feel like an important customer. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing work on thier boat in the area or if they are in the market for a new one. Five stars all the way!!!!

Went to the Indy boat show this year and spoke to just about every dealer there before deciding to buy from Parkside. Everyone involved in our purchase from the owners to the technician were a pleasure to deal with.

Took Boat to have worked on. Boat was there for over 2 weeks. I would call to check on status of work, people were rude when you called to inquire. Last time I called after 2 weeks said it would be done the following week after they had told me the previous 2 weeks it would be done. So I picked boat up and took to another place in area. They started work on it the following day.Dont make the mistake I made. Plenty of choices in the area of Brookville Indiana. I wouldnt let these people work on my kids remote control boat....Stay away from this place!!!!!!!!!
