We had a decent experience on the way to airport but a different experience on the way back. With the initial call to have us picked up, we were told "someone is on their way." After 30 minutes of waiting, we tried calling again and we were told "someone is on their way. There's a lot of traffic." Finally, a shuttle arrived after 45 minutes of waiting. It took exactly 13 minutes to get back to their parking lot. There was absolutely no traffic. (It's 10:00 pm on a Sunday night.) Traveling is tiring enough. Please don't lie to your customers and expect us to be happy with our experience.

Excellent services for a parking lot. Great shuttle service. The shuttle driver, Samy is a great driver and was super helpful. Samy helped my family and I guiding us and answering out questions about the parking lot and our trip. I loved how friendly Samy was to us and to the other customers. I love the services for the entire trip going and coming back. Thanks for keeping my car safe and being super nice to my family and me. I totally recommend this parking lot to everyone.

Very easy to work with. The driver and other staff were very helpful. I dropped off my vehicle at their lot and was able to keep my keys which was very helpful. I left my vehicle for a week. The rate for the week was better than everyone else. Wish they had a Clearwater location.

Good drop off experience and decent rate. But waited for 40 minutes for the shuttle that never came after getting home. Was told he was on the way, but never showed. Was told twice the driver would call me and he never rang. Finally got fed up and took a taxi to my car which negated the savings from using this lot. Will use Tampa Airport economy lot next time. Their shuttle came around at least 5 times while I waited for this nonsense.

I had a less than ideal experience with this company when attempting to return to my car after a long flight. However, I was contacted by management the following morning as they were concerned about my experience. They wanted to know how they could make things right and retain me as a customer. I received a full refund and they hoped I would do business with them again. I believe I would use them for parking again, because they had a nice, uncrowded lot and fair pricing.
