Wow.......asked them to put a part back on my Oreck and tune-up. Said would call me with estimate. Stopped back in and called twice. Finally finished without a call/estimate-  $48.00. Changed the roller, which did not look new and the vacuum is STILL not working properly. Called and they seemed "put out"! Will take my business and $$$ elsewhere!

Took vacuum in with new longer chord to be replaced.  The chord I brought in wasn't compatible so they took upon themselves to replace chord but with the same size.  Never got a message about it.  Had to make 2 trips to get what I wanted

We ended up purchasing a Vacuum here, what a great store and the people there are awesome.  I will come here for all my cleaning service and parts. Great to do business at a local business who get's it.

I found this gem of a store when I needed a belt for my vacuum. Chuck showed me a couple of vacuums that have life-long belts and sold me on the idea. I love my new Riccar, I love Parma Vacuums and you will too!
