The service for nails is good. However, this salon agreed to do my nails for my wedding in July. I asked for a French manicure. The lady who did my nails insisted that I get the permanent French. I said okay no problem. I said I hope that they last for the duration of my honeymoon which was 2 weeks. She said yes. And my nails lasted. I went back to get a filling and they said that they could not do it for me because it was a permanent French and they don't do that anymore. Oddly enough the day that I got my nails done for my wedding a woman sitting next to me to my left was also getting a permanent French. I went back today with an appointment September 21st 2017, to get a filling for a silk wrap and they told me that they could not service me because I am too picky. Having my nails done at that salon for my wedding I was not the picky one I asked for one thing the lady told me that I should get a permanent French it would be better it would look better I said okay I asked if it would last she said yes so if asking questions is picky then I guess that's picky but definitely I am pissed that I went there with an appointment to be told that I cannot be seen.

I have been a patron of this establishment for years, when it was first under the original owner. Unfortunately, I will not be returning EVER again. Recently, my sister made appointments for herself and me. Because I wasn't feeling well, she called to cancel. She was told that she was lying and that we did not have an emergency and that they also didn't want her business. The nerve of that man to say to my sister while I lay in bed sick. Further, the quality of their work has slowly declined, and it's certainly not worth the disgusting, unprofessional attitude that you receive while there. Save your money!

Dont show up 45 min before they close. Rude, rude, rude. I just wanted a pedicure and it was a catastrophe. They were so mean. Acted like I wasnt a paying customer but instead they were doing me a favor by letting me in. They had nothing but overly fake tanned demographic from the neighborhood and they are being mean to me. Please my salary is probaly more then what all 3 customers make all year. And the place wasnt even clean. Yuck. Once I sat down I was in regret.

My best friend took me to this place for my birthday and my nails look horrible. I put a full set on with powder and after 3 day my thumb nail cracked. It was a waste of money and time. Not only did the man keep leaving my table to help other people but rushed me along that the top layer of my nails are clumpy.

Very horrible. Basically I went to get my eyebrows and upper lip done. I had to ask the lady multiple times to remove the same hair she kept missing. Other salons usually remove the hair the first time you ask and are not stubborn. I did not tip the lady. At that time one of the guys working there asked me to tip the lady. I said I did not like the service. He told me to not return to the place. He is very rude because you should not force a customer to pay tip when your services are subpar.
