This is the worst service I have ever paid for!  I gave him all of the documents he needed to file an income tax return including the return from the previous year.  It took just over three months to finally get it filed despite multiple phone calls (most of which were not returned) and three personal visits to his office.  He would tell me that it would be filed in a day or two or by the end of the week, but he was just lying.  When he finally filed it, I had to bring it back because he put my son's relationship to me as "sister" in the return.  He refiled it, but it was kicked back to him because of another mistake he made.  He didn't bother to tell me about it, though.  I found out three months later when I called to ask why the IRS check had not come yet.  This time he had still not refiled it because he had accidentally marked the filed as being closed.  He has never offered any apology or anything to make up for his extreme lack of competence and integrity.  I am warning you; stay away from this man unless you want to pay to have your tax return filed late, riddled with errors and more frustration than you can imagine!
