Rented a karaoke machine for New Years Eve - definitely a waste of  money, the machine was hard to use, the 6 cds of music was so outdated and definitely not young adult worthy, the sound quality was horrible. Not only did I waste $80 on a machine I couldn't use, but I paid an additional $15 on an app to load karaoke songs with words on computer to display on tv. I tried calling to either get help to make it work better or to go return it, but because it was a holiday no one was available to help, when I returned it and told them how disappointed I was and how terrible the machine was and a waste of money they just laughed, didn't show any concern or care, very poor service, very poor quality, very poor business!
